350 Degree F Aggregate Kiln Dust
Collector
Since this picture was taken, this Utah light aggregate manufacturer has purchased a second high temperature RF filter to replace the compressed air pulse jet filter in the background. These RF filters collect aggregate and ash dust at 350° F 24 hours per day. According to the maintenance superintendent, in eight months, he had no occasion to repair or maintain anything on his RF, unlike his other filters. He was instrumental in the decision to buy the second RF to replace the old compressed air pulse jet type filter.
This 484 RFW10 filter was shipped as a single weldment to the site thus saving installation time and cost.
Given a choice, most maintenance superintendents will select a Donaldson RF dust collector. You owe it to yourself to call one of Baxter Air Engineering’s application engineers about your requirements.
